Crisp Chat Integration

You can integrate Produktly into the Crisp Chat to start product tours for users directly from the Crisp Chat dashboard.

For example, user might message you about needing help with feature X, and you can then seamlessly trigger a product tour just for that user that can guide the user.

How to enable Crisp Chat integration?​

  1. Install the Produktly plugin from the Crisp Marketplace

    • Link coming soon

  2. Go to Produktly integrations page

  3. Enable the Crisp Chat integration in Produktly

    • Click on "Add Crisp chat integration", and then on "Activate"

  4. That's it!
