Integrations Overview

Produktly integrates with a variety of third-party tools and platforms. You can connect Produktly to your existing stack to get notifications, sync data, and install Produktly on different platforms.

Platform Integrations​

Install Produktly directly on these platforms without manually adding code:

  • HubSpot - Sync user activity as contact properties and behavioral events on your HubSpot timeline
  • Shopify - Add Produktly to your Shopify store with automatic customer identification
  • Webflow - Install Produktly on your Webflow site via the Designer Extension
  • WordPress - Install Produktly with the official WordPress plugin

Notification Integrations​

Get notified about events (feedback responses, feature requests, NPS scores, tour completions, etc.):

  • Slack - Send notifications to Slack channels via incoming webhooks
  • Webhooks - Send events to any custom endpoint that accepts POST requests

Many features also support Discord and Zapier webhooks directly in their settings (e.g. feedback collectors, NPS widgets, roadmaps).
