About stats

Produktly automatically collects data about how your various features are doing. All of this data is shown as graphs so that you can easily track trends over time. We also offer filtering options if you want to see a smaller time range or only certain event types.

Head over to produktly.com/app/stats to see stats for your features.

Collected events​

Product Tours​

  • Tour available - Tour is shown to a user
  • Tour start - User starts the tour
  • Tour auto start - Tour is automatically started
  • Tour continue - User continues tour by clicking the toast "Continue"
  • Tour finish - User finishes the tour
  • Tour step - User sees a specific tour step

Checklists​

  • Step completed - A checklist step is completed
  • Checklist completed - A checklist is fully completed

Smart Tips​

  • Smart tip available - A smart tip is available on the page
  • Smart tip opened - A smart tip is opened
  • Action button clicked - User clicks the smart tip's action button

Announcements​

  • Announcement shown - Announcement is shown to a user
  • Announcement action clicked - User clicks the announcement action
  • Secondary action clicked - User clicks the secondary action button
  • Announcement closed - User closes the announcement

Changelogs​

  • Changelog opened - User opens the changelog
  • Changelog post read - User views a specific changelog post
