Deploy this announcement on the day a new feature is released, targeting all active users (or a specific segment). Schedule it to run for 1-2 weeks, after which users who have not engaged can be targeted with a follow-up.
Display a top-of-page banner that reads "New: [Feature Name] is here!" with a brief one-line description and a "Learn More" button. The banner should be dismissible with an X button.
When the user clicks "Learn More," show a modal with a headline, a 2-3 sentence description, a gif or screenshot demonstrating the feature, and a "Try It Now" CTA button.
