GDPR and Your Right to Data Portability

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to data portability. This means you can request and receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format from any service provider, including Delighted.

If you're a customer of Delighted, you can request a full export of your data, which can then be imported into Produktly.

How to Export Your Data from Delighted

  1. 1Log in to your Delighted account before June 30, 2026, when customer access ends
  2. 2Open the metric or survey whose responses you want to keep (NPS, CSAT, or CES)
  3. 3Go to the Responses or Reports view for that survey
  4. 4Use the Export option to download your responses as a CSV file, or request a full data archive from Delighted
  5. 5Repeat for each metric and survey you run
  6. 6Save your exports somewhere safe, Delighted deletes all customer data after the sunset date

How to Migrate to Produktly

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Delighted really shutting down?

Yes. Qualtrics is retiring Delighted on June 30, 2026. New annual contracts stopped in mid-2025, monthly plans ended on May 31, 2026, and all customer access ends on June 30, 2026.

What happens to my Delighted data?

Delighted deletes all customer data after the June 30, 2026 sunset, or earlier if you request it. Export your responses to CSV or request a data archive before your subscription ends so you don't lose your history.

Do I have to move to Qualtrics?

No. Qualtrics offers a migration path into its own suite, but you're free to choose any tool. If your NPS lived inside your product, Produktly is a simpler, more affordable place to land, starting at 19€/month.

Is Produktly a drop-in replacement for Delighted?

For in-app and web NPS, yes, and Produktly adds onboarding, changelogs, roadmaps, and feedback widgets around it. Produktly does not send email or SMS surveys, so if multi-channel distribution was core to your program, pair Produktly with, or choose, a dedicated survey tool such as Zonka Feedback or SurveySensum.

Can Produktly import my historical Delighted responses?

Produktly starts fresh with NPS tracking once you go live. We can't import Delighted's historical scores into live analytics, but you can keep your CSV exports for your records, and our team will help you set up equivalent surveys and segments.
