AI Credits

AI credits are spent to use AI-powered features in Produktly. AI credits are purchased separately from your subscription and are not included in your subscription price. You can purchase AI credits on the billing page.

AI credits usage​

AI credits are spent based on the actual usage. Usage is calculated based on the tokens that are used for each request. Both input and output tokens are counted, but with different weights.

Why AI credits?​

AI credits are used to ensure that the cost of AI features is fair and transparent. This way, you only pay for what you use, and you can easily see how much you are spending on AI features. They also make sure we can continue providing and investing in high-quality AI features and support.

What features use AI credits?​

We are constantly adding more AI-powered features, but currently, the following features use AI credits:

  • Analyze feedback responses: Analyze feedback responses with AI to summarize key responses, and identify trends, sentiment and gather insights about what are the key pain points or areas of improvement for your users.

  • Analyze roadmap feature requests: Similar to feedback responses, rodmap feature requests can be analyzed with AI to summarize key themes, identify trends and ultimately what features you should likely prioritize building next.

  • Suggest reply to feedback: AI can suggest replies to feedback responses, so you can save time and provide better responses to your users.

  • Draft changelog post: AI can draft a changelog post based on your notes for a new feature, or a list of features that you have recently released.
