About stats

Produktly automatically collects data about how your various features are doing.

We collect automatically these events:

• For product tours:

  • Tour available (when tour is shown to a user)
  • Tour start (when user starts the tour)
  • Tour auto start (when tour is automatically started)
  • Tour continue (when user continues tour by clicking the toast "Continue")
  • Tour finish (when user finished the tour)
  • Tour step (when user sees certain tour step)

• For checklists

  • Checklist Step Completed (when a checklist step is completed)
  • Checklist Finished (when a checklist is finished)

• For smart tips

  • Smart Tip Available (when a smart tip is available)
  • Smart Tip Open (when a smart tip is opened)

• For changelogs

  • Changelog Post Seen (when user views a changelog post)

• For announcements

  • Announcement shown (when announcement is shown to a user)
  • Announcement action clicked (when users clicks the announcement action)
  • Announcement closed (when user closes the announcement)

All of this data is shown as a graph so that you can easily track this over time. We also offer some filtering options, if you want to see a smaller time range, or only certain events.
