## What is a trigger?

One trigger is counted when a user: starts or resumes a product tour, completes a checklist step, submits feedback, submits a feature request via roadmap, reads a changelog post (that's at most one week old), or sees a smart tip. Roadmap and announcement views are counted separately from triggers.

## Add-ons & Notes

- All plans include: no-code visual editor, analytics, user segmentation, custom CSS, theme editor, integrations (Slack, Discord, Zapier, Crisp), email support.
- EU data hosting (Frankfurt, Germany). GDPR compliant.
- Supports any website or web framework via a single JavaScript snippet.
- Supports SPAs, multi-page apps, multiple domains. No per-domain fees.
- Native mobile apps not supported. Mobile web, PWAs, and webviews are supported.
